Shipping and delivery methods

delivery times are only valid after confirmation of successful payment of the
orders. The presented deadlines are merely indicative. The final delivery date is confirmed by the carrier.
- Express (exclusive small
volumes): up to 4-5 business days (Mainland Portugal), for the islands this timeframe does not apply, as it depends on other
external factors inherent to transportation
- Light and Plus: Items with exclusive home delivery (sofas, furniture, and other large volumes) may have different delivery times than others, depending on their availability. Sofas can take on average 60 days.
*The information "Delivery in 6 to 10 business days*", present on some sofas applies to Mainland Portugal. For Autonomous Regions and Spain, delivery times may vary depending on availability and the delivery location.*

may also be longer than expected.
