1. INTRODUCTION

CONFORT24 LDA acts solely as the technical operator of the e-commerce platform. The product seller is Gato Preto, an autonomous entity and brand owner, responsible for product quality, warranty compliance, and logistics management.
Browsing and using the site grants the visitor the status of user and implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. DATA COLLECTION

CONFORT24 LDA, as the technical operator of the platform, and Gato Preto, as the seller, recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of information provided by site users.

5. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The user acknowledges and accepts that use of the site is their sole and exclusive responsibility.
CONFORT24 LDA, as the technical operator of the platform, is not responsible for the quality, compliance, or warranty of the products, a responsibility that lies exclusively with Gato Preto as the seller. CONFORT24 LDA is only responsible for the proper technical functioning of the platform.
Neither CONFORT24 LDA nor Gato Preto guarantee that the site or the materials made available on it are accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The site is intended solely for general consumer information purposes.
Gato Preto's liability for damages suffered by the user as a result of using the site is limited to cases of willful misconduct, with the user acknowledging that use of the site and services is at their sole responsibility and risk.
6. TERMINATION
CONFORT24 LDA may, immediately and without prior notice, terminate the relationship with the user and block their access to the site if it detects use contrary to the applicable terms.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the Portuguese Republic, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights granted to consumers under the legislation of their country of residence.
