Shipping policy
1. Dispatch
The order dispatch process will begin after confirmation that payment for the respective order has been successfully received.
If your order includes both small and large items (such as sofas and furniture), they may be delivered separately.
2. Delivery
All online purchases are delivered to the address indicated by the customer, by carrier, and take place on business days, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., for deliveries in Portugal (mainland and islands). 24 hours in advance, the carrier sends an indication of the delivery period (morning/afternoon)

- Express Deliveries: Small items weighing up to 30 kg individually.
- Home Delivery Only: Products which, due to their characteristics, weight or volume, have an associated delivery cost. All products with this characteristic are marked as "home delivery only".
- Light Deliveries (Roadside delivery): The order will be delivered by the carrier at the main entrance of the building or house. The customer is responsible for handling the product until it is inside their home. Assembly is not included.
- Plus Deliveries (Home Delivery) With Assembly: The order will be delivered by the carrier inside your home, in a room of your choice, with the assembly service included.
