Just as it did in 2022, Gato Preto is teaming up with Rock in Rio again in 2024.
Inspired by Rock in Rio, which since its beginnings has welcomed great icons from Rock to Pop, this proposal is the combination of Gato Preto's DNA with that of Rock in Rio.
In the Gatos do Rock collection we have characterised 4 styles of music that are always present at Rock in Rio: Funk, Pop, Rock and MPB. We looked for elements and colours that identify each theme. Pop with pink and a pattern with pop culture records, Funk with fluor yellow and a geometric pattern in vibrant colours associated with this theme, Rock with blue and a pattern inspired by the thunder symbol so associated with Rock and David Bowie, and MPB with green and a pattern inspired by the vegetation and aerial views of Brazil in which the geometric touches give it a timeless modernity.

Just like in 2022, Gato Preto is partnering with Rock in Rio again in 2024.
Inspired by Rock in Rio, which since its inception has hosted great icons from Rock to Pop, this proposal emerges as a fusion of Gato Preto's DNA with that of Rock in Rio.
In the Rock Cats collection, we feature four music styles that are always present at Rock in Rio: Funk, Pop, Rock, and MPB (Brazilian Popular Music). We sought elements and colors that identify each of the themes. Pop is represented by pink and a pattern reminiscent of pop culture records; Funk by fluorescent yellow and a geometric pattern in vibrant colors associated with this theme; Rock by blue and a pattern inspired by the thunder symbol so closely associated with Rock and David Bowie; and MPB by green and a pattern inspired by the vegetation and aerial views of Brazil, where geometric touches give it a timeless modernity.
