This journaling notebook is born from a special collaboration between Gato Preto and APSA - Portuguese Association of Asperger Syndrome. Created with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of supporting people with Asperger Syndrome, a Disorder on the Autism Spectrum, this notebook also highlights the urgent need to take care of our mental health.
The illustrations of cats featured in this notebook were made by young people attending the APSA Plastic Expression Workshop, bringing an artistic and unique dimension to the project, reflecting the talent and creativity of these individuals.
Notebook divided into two chapters: 5-MINUTE DIARY + SELF-DISCOVERY PAGES.
