This journaling notebook is born from a special collaboration between Gato Preto and APSA - Portuguese Association of Asperger Syndrome. Created with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of supporting people with Asperger Syndrome, a Disorder on the Autism Spectrum, this notebook also highlights the urgent need to take care of our mental health.
The illustrations of the cats present in this notebook were created by the young people who attend the APSA Plastic Expression Workshop, bringing an artistic and unique dimension to the project, reflecting the talent and creativity of these people.
Notebook divided into two chapters: 5-MINUTE JOURNAL + SELF-DISCOVERY PAGES.
5-MINUTE JOURNAL:
- Questions to review the day: things to be thankful for, empowerment, positive things, things to change.
SELF-DISCOVERY PAGES:
- Dotted pages for free writing.
