Shipping policy
1. Shipping
The shipping process will begin after confirmation of full payment of the respective order.
If your order includes both small and large items (such as sofas and furniture), delivery may occur separately.
2. Delivery
All online purchases are delivered to the address provided by the customer, via courier, and operate on business days between 9 am and 6 pm for deliveries in Portugal (mainland and islands). 24 hours before, the courier sends a notification of the delivery time window (morning/afternoon)

2.1. Rescheduling Policy: In case a second appointment is needed, an additional fee equivalent to the amount initially paid for the delivery will be applied, due to associated logistical costs.Â
For small volume orders delivered by the company DPD, if the boxes show damage or any signs of deterioration, we ask that you note this situation on the delivery document. Additionally, a photographic record of the outer packaging of the order and the item's packaging should be made.
It is very important to report any damage observed on the item or packaging upon receipt, as if the issue is not recorded at the time of delivery, it will not be possible to address the situation later. This information allows us to act quickly and ensure the proper resolution of any incident.
