What types of sofas are available?
We offer a wide variety of sofas for different needs and decoration styles, including 2-seater, 3-seater, 4–5-seater, modular models, models with chaise longue, and sofa beds. All are designed with a focus on comfort, functionality, and durability.
Are the sofas delivered already assembled?
No. The sofas are delivered disassembled to facilitate transport into your home. If you wish, you can add the assembly service during checkout, and our team will carry out the assembly on the day of delivery.
What is the delivery time for the sofas?
The delivery time for sofas is, on average, 60 to 75 business days. However, during periods of higher order volume, this timeframe may change and increase. We recommend that the customer always confirm the delivery time indicated on the product page, as it provides the most up-to-date estimate for each model.
Can the sofas be customized (fabrics, colors, or options with/without bed)?
Our sofas allow limited customization, always ensuring the quality and integrity of the original model. It is possible to choose the fabric color from the options presented for the model and, in applicable models, select the side of the chaise longue (left or right).
However, it is not possible to change structural features, such as converting a model with a bed into a version without a bed or vice versa. Each sofa is produced according to the characteristics defined by the manufacturer, ensuring comfort, durability, and design consistency.
Can I choose the side of the chaise longue?
Many of our chaise longue models are reversible, allowing you to assemble the chaise on either the left or right side, easily adapting to your space.
How to confirm if the sofa fits in my house?
Before purchasing, you should carefully measure the space where you intend to place the sofa — width, depth, and height — and check the access to the interior of the home (doors, corridors, and elevators). The detailed dimensions can be found on each product's page.
Are sofa fabrics easy to clean?
Yes. Our sofas use durable fabrics selected for their ease of maintenance. Each model has specific cleaning instructions on its respective page.
We also offer, in our stores, an extra Repele waterproofing service, which can be purchased to protect your sofa against liquids and stains, extending its durability.
Should I keep the boxes after receiving the sofa?
Yes. It is very important to keep the shipping boxes during the exchange/return period. The original packaging is essential for proper collection and transportation of the product.
Can I get help choosing the most suitable sofa?
Our customer support team is available to assist with questions related to measurements, fabrics, colors, functionality, and compatibility with your space. Additionally, you can also get support directly in our physical stores, where specialized teams can guide you in choosing the sofa that best suits your needs.
Do the sofas include a warranty?
All sofas come with a legal conformity warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects or material issues.
The warranty contract begins at the time of purchase of the items. According to Decree-Law No. 84/2021, during the first 2 years, it is presumed that any defect already existed at the time of delivery, and the consumer does not need to prove this. In the 3rd year, the consumer must demonstrate that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the item.
