RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

At Gato Preto, our customers' satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. Returned products must be without signs of use, in perfect condition and in original packaging. Christmas items have specific conditions and cannot be returned. We recommend that you always check the condition of your order when you receive it. If you detect any anomalies, please indicate them on the carrier's delivery note, photograph the damage, and report them immediately via our online contact form. Only then will we be able to accept claims for damage caused during shipping.

 

STORE RETURNS

You can go to any Gato Preto store presenting the invoice. See here our stores. The products of exclusive home delivery, such as furniture, sofas or mattresses, can not be returned in our physical stores.

 

RETURN VIA CARRIER

Fill out the contact form and select the "returns" option for returns via a carrier. Except in the case of damage caused in transit or manufacturing defects, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our team will contact you to tell you the procedure to follow, including the return address, packing instructions and filling out the return packing slip. Always make sure that the product has not been used, is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

 

REFUNDS

After we receive the returned item and verify that it is in perfect condition and complete in its original packaging, we will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made through the same method of payment used in the purchase, unless there is a technical impediment. In case of return of products that have been an offer, the refund will be made in favor of the user who placed the order on the site. The refund process can take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the return, varying depending on the payment method used and the customer's bank.
