To access the 3x 4x Oney solution, you must hold a citizen's card issued by the Portuguese Republic, with the exception of the Citizen's Card under the Porto Seguro Treaty, and a debit or credit bank card from the Visa® or Mastercard® networks, issued by an institution authorized to operate in Portugal and valid for thirty days or more from the end of the chosen refund period. Residence permits are not allowed. Payments of installments are exclusively made by debiting the bank card indicated by you.

You can make several purchases at the same time at one or several merchants, within the limits of acceptance and in accordance with Oney's commercial and risk policy.

3x 4x Oney is available for purchase between 35€ and 2.000€, and is an exclusive product on Oney partner sites.

Payment of the installments is made by debiting the bank card used for the purchase, the first installment being charged at the time of signing the contract, and the remaining installments every 30 days thereafter.
If you have used your credit card, the payment will appear on your card statement, and the amounts used with your card will be settled on the date you have agreed with the card-issuing bank.

No. The day of payment of the installment is fixed from the day of conclusion of the contract, and cannot be changed.
If you cannot pay your installment on time, you must contact us by phone 808 913 434, available weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 11pm.

As a warning measure, you may be notified by Oney of what happened so that you can proceed with this regularization. And if the payment of the installment is not accepted and, as such, does not occur on the contractually scheduled day, the situation of your card or bank account must be normalized as soon as possible, through the immediate availability of funds and/or change of the associated bank card.
Keep in mind that for each past due and unpaid installment, you will be charged a recovery fee.

You can associate debit or credit cards of the Visa or Mastercard networks, issued in Portugal by institutions authorized in Portugal and with a validity equal to or greater than thirty (30) days from the end of the repayment period chosen. Ask your bank if your card allows you to make online purchases, namely if the 3D Secure service is active, and make sure you have sufficient funds for the payment of the first instalment. Prepaid cards, ATM network-only cards or private cards are not accepted. MB NET cards of the merchant type are accepted, with a validity equal to or greater than thirty (30) days from the end of the chosen repayment period, and which is generated with the total amount of the purchase.

Defining the main payment card makes your life easier. In other words, it allows you to define and associate, in your 3x 4x Oney Customer Area profile, a main bank card for future purchases, avoiding having to enter the corresponding information every time you make them.

When the validity of your card expires, or in case of loss, theft or anomaly, you must access your 3x 4x Oney Account and indicate the new card.
Please note that, to avoid costs for recovery of the amount owed, the card change must be made prior to the next installment being charged, up to 48 hours prior to the next installment being charged.

First of all, you should contact the merchant to check what procedures are in place for this, as well as what legal deadlines apply.
Then, if the replacement of the item implies a change in the value of your purchase, this will be reflected in your contract, and the value of the installments will be recalculated according to the new purchase value. Finally, you will receive an email with your new payment plan.
If the return gives rise to a refund, it will be processed directly to the bank card used by you when you paid for the purchase.

The 3x 4x Oney Account corresponds to your Client Area, a space where you can consult all the details of your active and finalized contracts and manage all the information in your client profile, namely update your personal data and cards.

You can activate your 3x 4x Oney Account at the end of your first purchase process by setting your password to access this Client Area.
This setting is optional. However, setting the 3x 4x Oney Account access password makes your next purchase easier and faster, as you will not need to provide your personal and bank card details again.
Alternatively, you can activate your 3x 4x Oney Account via the link sent to you by email within days of your purchase or directly in the 3x 4x Oney Customer Area. If you choose this option, please enter your email address in the login area to be redirected to the account activation process.


Order on the Gato Preto website as usual and choose Klarna as payment method "Pay later". In addition to your email confirmation, you will also receive an email from Klarna with all the payment details. You will have 30 days to pay your invoice.

Pre-Financing Issues:

To simplify the process, you should have your identification documents, as well as your proof of income, at hand so that you have the requested information immediately:
• Citizen Card or Identity Card and Taxpayer Card
• Proof of Address (Water, Power or Telephone - 1 of the last 3 months)
• Proof of Income (last receipt) - if applicable according to the value of the purchase (find out at your store)
• IBAN proof

The answer is given immediately after submission of the credit proposal.

Questions After Financing

The IBAN change can be made via ATM or HomeBanking (in the latter case, as long as both accounts belong to the bank that is sending the change).

You can make partial or total amortizations whenever you want, just by notifying Credibom with a notice of 30 days, by letter or through the e-mail address clientes@credibom.pt.

If you wish to change the date on which the installments are charged, it will only be necessary to send a request, by letter or through the e-mail address clientes@credibom.pt, signed as per the identification document, accompanied by a copy of the referred document and indicating the day on which you wish the installments to be charged. The first alteration is exempt from any administrative commission; however, in the installment following the alteration, interest will accrue from the current collection date to the new collection date.

Send by letter or via the e-mail address clientes@credibom.pt, a request to this effect, duly signed as per the ID document, accompanied by a copy of the ID document and proof of recent address.
